Changing the Intersection of Business & Social Responsibility

The strength of an organization’s ethics culture is measured in many ways—but today more than ever, employees are setting the bar.

Frank Walker and Liz Coit will share results of a recent survey of Indiana’s workforce commissioned by the Walker Center for Applied Ethics at Marian University. In part, the results reveal that the commitment of management, the strength of a business’s ethics program, and the scope of an organization’s social impact lead to a thriving ethics culture.
